Kraficon Buildtek India specializes in B2B industrial engineering and construction services, including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), heavy civil foundations, turnkey EPC projects, heavy structural steel fabrication, MEP utility installations, engineering consultancy, and statutory liaisoning approvals.
All preliminary proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), 3D structural renders, and estimates provided via our website or email are preliminary unless formalized through a signed commercial contract. Price estimations are subject to verification based on actual soil conditions, structural design requirements, raw material steel index fluctuations, and finalized architectural drawings.
All architectural blueprints, 3D structural models, TEKLA shop drawings, technical documentation, and website media assets generated by Kraficon Buildtek India remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or execution of our structural engineering designs by third-party contractors without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Material quality for steel, concrete, cladding sheets, and MEP fittings strictly adheres to agreed contractual specifications and relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes), including IS 2062, IS 800, IS 875, and NBC guidelines. Any client-requested alterations in raw material grades after PO issuance may impact cost and delivery timelines.
For on-site civil and PEB execution projects, clients are responsible for providing clear, unhindered site access, adequate power/water utilities for construction (unless specified otherwise in the EPC scope), and timely approval of site layout plans.
While Kraficon Buildtek India assists in liaisoning for building plan sanctions, Fire NOCs, Factory Inspectorate clearances, and Pollution Control Board approvals, final execution timelines are subject to local governmental body processing schedules.
Kraficon Buildtek India shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen site conditions, natural force majeure events, unapproved client design revisions, or third-party site delays outside our direct contractual scope.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
